Residents of the Khabarovsk Region are creating a year-round tourist complex on the banks of the Amur River thanks to the “Hektar” program

In the Far East, thanks to the “Hektar program”, the number of popular tourism projects is increasing, offering residents and guests of the region a comfortable holiday at affordable prices. In the Khabarovsk Region, near the village of Elabuga, Khabarovsk District, a recreation center “On the Bank” is being developed. A new recreational facility 80 kilometers from the regional capital attracts tourists with the opportunity to relax from the bustle of the city against the backdrop of the picturesque landscapes of the Far Eastern nature in comfortable conditions. The authors of the “on hectares” project told the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation about the creation of a tourist base and plans. The project initiators received land for the construction of the tourist center in 2021. Today, four guesthouses have been built on four “Far Eastern hectares”, each for four people. The two-story heated houses are equipped with showers, electric Finnish saunas, bathrooms, kitchen areas, and air conditioning.
