A new resident of SPV will open an advanced vascular treatment center in Primorsky Region in 2025
The company "CF-Ussuriysk" received the status of a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV) to open a medical center in the city of Ussuriysk in Primorsky Region with advanced technologies for laser treatment of vascular diseases using a non-surgical method. The clinic, which provides services at an affordable cost, as well as free of charge under the compulsory medical insurance policy, will begin operations in 2025. According to the agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), 16 million rubles are being invested in the project.
During the project implementation, the investor will purchase laser surgical devices, ultrasound diagnostic systems, multifunctional surgical tables for operations, a vein visualization device and other equipment. The clinic will employ 18 specialists, including highly qualified doctors.
“The preferential regime of the SPV provides residents with favorable conditions for creating medical institutions and attracting qualified personnel, as well as providing patients with high-quality services at an affordable cost while maintaining the economic efficiency of the business. Entrepreneurs receive reduced insurance premiums from 30% to 7.6% for 10 years, zero property and profit taxes for 5 years, and services from the FEDC. In Primorsky Region, residents of the SPV are implementing 25 projects in the medical sector - these are ophthalmological, diagnostic and rehabilitation centers, dental and children's clinics, cosmetology and IVF centers," said Aleksey Dunayev, Director of the FEDC “Primorye”.
