The new resident of the “Transbaikalia” ASEZ will provide the region’s construction market with reinforced concrete products and inert materials

A new resident of the priority development territory (ASEZ) "Transbaikalia", the company "Glubokinskoe" will launch the production of reinforced concrete structures and inert building materials in Chita in 2024. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), 24.5 million rubles will be invested in the project. The project involves the construction of an industrial building, the arrangement of a warehouse area and the acquisition of the necessary equipment and special equipment. The key is the set of equipment for the technological line for the production of reinforced concrete frames for the construction of residential apartment buildings. According to the resident of the "Transbaikalia" ASEZ, some of the production equipment has already been purchased. These are domestic technological lines for the production of prefabricated monolithic frame elements with a capacity of up to 15 thousand linear meters per year, as well as a crushing and screening complex made in China, which will not only provide the company with its own inert materials, but will also allow them to be sold to third-party buyers.
