In 2024, a new resident of FPV will build a factory of concrete house kits for individual housing

The “Dom.Com” company received resident status in the free port of Vladivostok (SPV) with a project for the production of house kits from concrete panels. The new plant in the city of Spassk-Dalniy, Primorsky Territory, is planned to be launched in 2024. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the company will receive support from the state. 113 million rubles will be invested in the construction of the plant, and 52 residents of Primorye will receive work. “The plant will be able to produce 110 house kits of various sizes per year. Essentially, these are ready-made houses. For example, a house kit 6 by 6 meters is a house with an area of 36 square meters, a house with an area of 120 square meters can be assembled from a kit of 10 by 12 meters. Our company plans to occupy up to 25% of the Primorsky Region’s market in the construction of affordable, reliable, warm and comfortable low-rise buildings. In addition, we plan to establish sales for self-assembly to other construction companies and individuals. The period for assembling house kits on the ground into a finished house is 30 days; the cost of one house will vary from 3 to 8 million rubles. Speed of service and understanding of the requirements of potential clients, quality of construction, professionalism, as well as government support measures - benefits and preferences of the FPV regime, availability of our products thanks to the “Far Eastern Mortgage” program, state programs for relocation from dilapidated housing, provision of housing for children-orphans will help build a successful business,” said Sergei Badey, General Director of “Dom.Com” LLC.
