New residents of the “Amurskaya” ASEZ will invest about 2 billion rubles in the development of logistics in the region

Two new residents of the Amurskaya priority development territory (ASEZ) are planning the construction of logistics complexes at the Rovnoye site. In 2026, the “Monolit-Stroy Amur” company will create a warehouse complex of classes A and B, with open storage areas, a multi-temperature warehouse for storing vegetables with a total area of more than 35 thousand square meters and an elevator. The project of the “Slivki Dress” company to organize a temporary storage warehouse and provide cargo-handling services will be implemented in 2025. The investor also intends to establish the production of biological additives, cosmetics and fertilizers from zeolite. The cost of the project is about 958 million rubles. Projects with a total cost of about 2 billion rubles will be implemented under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), their launch will provide employment to 200 local residents.
