The opening of the “Tsiolkovsky 2030” program took place at the Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University

On September 24, 2024, the opening of the “Tsiolkovsky 2030” program took place at the Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University (BSPU). The program is aimed at developing the competencies of management teams of Far Eastern schools through project work. Teams will identify problems, collect the necessary data and, based on this, prepare proposals for solving real problems facing schools. The training itself will consist of face-to-face and online modules, and will end with the assertion of projects and the awarding of diplomas of professional retraining. The program is being implemented jointly with the National Research University Higher School of Economics, the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East, and the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC). The agreement on the project implementation was signed in September at the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok. The project is being financed through the “Priority 2030. Far East” program. The program will involve 27 teams: 10 from Amur Region, 11 from Primorsky Region, 3 from Khabarovsk Region, 2 from Zabaikalsky Region and 1 from the Jewish Autonomous province. The teams include 75 participants from schools and 25 from regional executive authorities. Participants in the training program were selected from 60 applications (250 people) on a competitive basis. The participants have 4 months of effective work ahead of them, following which the teams will present their projects and receive professional retraining diplomas from BSPU and the National Research University Higher School of Economics.
