Logistics complex with an area of 50 thousand square meters. m will be built by a new resident of the Khabarovsk ASEZ

The company "Logopark DV" has become a new resident of the advanced development territory "Khabarovsk". Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the investor will build a modern class “A” logistics complex with an area of 50 thousand square meters at the “Rakitnoye” site to provide warehousing and storage services for various cargoes, investing more than 2 billion rubles. The project is being supported by the ANO “Agency for Attracting Investments and Development of Innovations of the Khabarovsk Region” on the “one window” principle as part of the implementation of the regional investment standard. “It is important to note that at the moment in the Khabarovsk Territory there is an increased demand for renting space in modern warehouse complexes that meet the requirements of large retail chains for locating distribution centers. As part of the implementation of this project, it is planned to build logistics centers using the built-to-suit system, that is, the construction of real estate for specific customers, who subsequently become sole and long-term tenants or owners of the objects,” explained in Agency. The placement of logistics centers with an area of several tens of thousands of square meters requires the selection of appropriate land plots and resolution of issues with various ministries and departments of the city and regional administration, as well as with resource supply organizations regarding the creation of infrastructure facilities. The agency’s specialists accompany the investment project at all stages of its implementation, assist in obtaining the status of a resident of a priority development area, help in finding contractors and tenants, connecting to utility facilities, and preparing the necessary documents.
