Cadet of the II stream of the program for training management personnel for the civil service in the Far Eastern Federal District “Muravyov-Amursky 2030” Zulfiya Talibullina became Deputy Minister of Development of Civil Society, Municipalities and Youth Policy of the Trans-Baikal Region. Zulfiya was born in the Krasnoyarsk region. He has two higher education degrees in “Public Relations” and “Jurisprudence”. Fluent in English and French. He has been working in executive and representative authorities since 2016: as a press secretary in the administration of the city of Barnaul, the Barnaul Duma and United Russia, and as an assistant to a member of the regional Legislative Assembly. While undergoing training, she accepted offers to join the team of the head of the Trans-Baikal Region, Alexander Osipov. Her area of responsibility will be the information policy of the region.
