Participants in the “Hektar” program learn to create agricultural and tourism projects and build housing on their own land

The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) and the Primorsky branch of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation (RANEPA) implemented the educational project “Academy of “Hektar” Program Participants.” The training course is designed as an additional training program for land recipients in the Far East and the Arctic in the areas of housing construction (IHC), agriculture, and tourism. The total number of course participants was 150. They all received certificates of advanced training, as well as practical knowledge and advice that would help them during the implementation of projects on their land. In 2024, the FEDC, together with educational institutions of the Far Eastern Federal District and the Russian Arctic, will continue training participants in the “Hektar” program.
