Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree on expanding the boundaries of the “Buryatia” ASEZ for the implementation of the project "Organization of a pedigree reproducer and a feedlot for young beef cattle." Because of its implementation, a modern livestock-breeding complex will be created for growing feed, producing and processing beef meat, and selling finished products with a volume of up to 2.2 thousand tons per year. Under an agreement with the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (FEDC), the total estimated volume of capital investments of the investor, the “Buryatmyastorg” company will be 1.9 billion rubles, it is planned to create over 220 jobs.
