The “Hektar” program in the Far East has been operating since 2016. Since then, 112,000 people have received land to use for their projects. Of these, thanks to the program, the first 15.9 thousand after 5 years of using the plots, became their owners for free. The “Hectare” program provides citizens with freedom of choice - where, what size and for what purpose to choose land. The Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (FEDC), which oversees the development of the program, has collected examples of the diverse use of sites.
