"The Terminator" company, which is implementing a project to built the first car and truck recycling plant in the Far East in the Nadezhdinskaya advanced development area (TOR), has created a customs control zone to apply the free customs zone procedure. The free customs zone will allow the investor to import equipment and raw materials without duties and sell processed products on the Russian market at a minimum rate. «The Terminator» plant will be able to process 8,000 cars a year. The commissioning of the plant is scheduled for the 2nd quarter of 2023. Under an agreement with the state development institution - the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic, investments amount to 152.8 million rubles.
