The first resident of the Zapadnaya site of the Primorye ASEZ will create a logistics center with a capacity of 3.1 million tons of cargo per year

A new resident of the “Primorye” ASEZ, the company “Terminal Primorye”, will build a transport and logistics complex on the lands of the “Zapadnaya” site to provide services related to loading, unloading, storage and transportation of goods by rail and road. A large-scale project worth 5.7 billion rubles will be implemented under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) in three stages. By 2029, container sites will be built, sites for storing automotive equipment and processing cargo traffic with a volume of 3.1 million tons per year, as well as covered warehouses, an administrative building and a garage for maintenance, repair of equipment, and storage of spare parts. The project includes the construction of infrastructure facilities - distribution and transformer substations and six railway tracks with a length of more than 7 kilometers. The terminal will provide a combination of various types of transport - sea, road and rail to service export-import cargo flows with a capacity of 200 thousand TEUs per year.
